I'm Daniel. I'm a sleep coach and I created the BedTyme method after seeing countless times that when you understand why nothing has worked, and when you change your thoughts and habits, restful sleep comes your way.

When you join BedTyme you’ll learn that you CAN sleep, why you think you can’t and what you should do.

The truth is - you should be doing much less than you think.

You shouldn’t soundproof your bedroom. You don’t need to meditate to bring on sleep. You shouldn’t try to drown out your thoughts with soothing sounds. You don’t even need to avoid using electronics at bedtime.

What you really need is to understand why you’ve had trouble sleeping and a curated roadmap towards sleeping well. The BedTyme method will be the compass you need.

I've been struggling with insomnia the entire year and have definitely seen improvements with Bedtyme. The coaches are so supportive and so compassionate, and it's so comforting to feel understood. They addressed all my fears very thoroughly. The knowledge and insights I've gained from BedTyme will stay with me forever and are applicable in all areas of life. I'm not completely over insomnia yet, but each night is now less daunting and more enjoyable. I'm beginning to live again!

This is the best app for helping with chronic insomnia period. Daniel Erichsen and his team are amazing and bring a modern and more effective strategy to getting through insomnia. While other programs and apps emphasized strict CBTI (a program which only exacerbated my issue, sadly not an uncommon experience) this program utilized CBTIs useful aspects and combined them with other coaching strategies that really work when all else doesn't. Please do yourself the favor and go through this program
