Permissions Used in Tiny Calendar:
1. Calendar: Tiny Calendar needs this permission to read events from local calendars.
2. Contacts: Tiny Calendar needs this permission to read Google Accounts from your device for adding Google account within app. Also Tiny Calendar needs this permission to read contacts from local when you choose to add attendees for an event.

Ratings and reviews

I've used this app for years and recently upgraded for a small fee. I'm not consistently getting reminders with the upgraded (paid) version. I set reminders to take medications. They are not working. I heard from the developer after I first posted about this issue. However, there was no follow up on the issue. Yesterday i missed another reminder. I've now revised my rating from 2-stars to 1-star. A calendar app without reminders is useless. I finally deleted the app after another failure.

I've been using this app for quite a few years, initially free version and for the past 3 or 4 years the pay version. I paid the one off version and it has been very good. I did have adds creep in but this was quickly resolved after I contacted customer service.

Finally found something that can load ALL of my Google Calendar events, and not only the last 6 months or last year. Will certainly not replace Google Calendar on my phone but I'm just glad to be able to browse back in time if I need to. UI is nice and clean (though it would be nice to be able to zoom in and out in day/week view) and Premium is not really expensive. Only thing missing is Maps support: you can add an address to an event but it just displays as plain text. Too bad
