BEHAVIOR TRACKING IN A FEW TAPS
Log desirable, warning and challenging behaviors, intervention strategies, environment and health factors with tracking lists customized for each person. Record frequency, duration and intensity, add notes with voice-to-text, and notify parents, staff and collaborators as it happens.

SEE WHAT DRIVES BEHAVIOR
The analytics dashboard turns daily entries into charts and reports on behavior, environment, health and medication, so behavior specialists and managers can review the effectiveness of interventions with real data instead of memory.

MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION RECORDS (eMAR)
Record each dose as given, skipped or refused, get alerts when a scheduled dose is missed, and complete controlled-substance counts at every shift change. Add medications from FDA drug data, with label warnings attached to each medication.

TEAM SCHEDULING AND EVV (RESIDENTIAL PLANS)
Build your team's schedule with preferred hours for clients and staff, and share shift notes staff can read before they arrive. Staff see their own schedule in the app, check in and out of visits with electronic visit verification (EVV) that records location, progress notes and signatures, and review hours worked each week or month.

SECURE TEAM MESSAGING
Keep communication off personal phones with channels, announcements and 1:1 direct messages. Students and clients can message their staff directly in 1:1 conversations. Available on School, Therapeutic and Residential plans.

INCIDENT REPORTS
Submit incident reports from your phone with photos and supporting documents, and route them to the managers who review and complete them.
