Not what you think it is + poor customer experience. Not a directory of contract opportunities like I expected. Very poorly organized: no way to filter opportunities by industry, specialty, or location. Also trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund was the biggest hassle I've ever experienced from an app. My suggestion: don't waste your time. It's a Bait and switch!

No free service. Makes you pay $6.99 for a monthly subscription. Then, if you do pay, it isn't user friendly at all. And, there seems to be no way to cancel the subscription or actually delete the account through the app. Currently waiting on support to reach out to me to figure this out, but I'm severely unimpressed so far. Waste of time and money, in my opinion.

Trying to cancel a subscription is just pointless on Android app, no option whatsoever. Second time I had to contact support. Also, the service could be infinitely better. No filters by location, constant questions about why you didn't apply to the job you just looked at.
