1. Uninstall the app, 2. Reboot your phone, 3. Install it back, 4. Log in, 5. Go to syncing, 6. Update your Leaf (it will give you the option to update), 7. Wait untill the update is finished, 8. It should tell you that the syncing is finished and you can use it. That is the only thing that worked for me. I'm keeping it two stars because you haven't done anything to fix this issue for anyone with Samsung phones. Shame because it's a good app. When you fix it..I will rate it higher.

Love my new leaf urban and this accompanying app. Would love to have just one more option on the app...to add a little note to each day would make it perfect 5 Star app. Step tracking is accurate. Sleep tracking spot on to the minute even including my little wake up in the middle of the night. The meditations are wonderful and have really helped with my anxiety already. It's a perfect tracker for anyone who isn't sport focused and just wants to track overall health and wellbeing. A truly holistic approach.
Great Basic Tracker, logs steps on my wrist very accurately. Love the sleep tracker, very comfortable. Worn on my wrist for a month straight now and no issues with strap or device. I get compliments on the pretty design -- I have the leaf Urban in black and rose gold. Syncs with my Nexus 5x no trouble ever. Customer service have been great for me every time (needed a large strap, questions about the baby's heartbeat device). Would love to track calories or water.
Disappointed in quality and customer service!! I had my tracker for a month and it stopped syncing. I contacted customer service, followed their instructions and still it wouldn't sync. I tried a few other things, nothing worked and now customer service has stopped responding! I've sent follow up messages and nothing! So disappointed in how they ignore me when their product stops working! I've had it only for a month! It's an expensive tracker to only last this long. Customer service should at least have the decency to contact me again. Very disappointed in the quality of this product and the quality of their customer service. Update: I received a replacement tracker but it does not accurately count steps. After a full day of activity I go to sync and it has me at 44 steps. Very unreliable and not good value.
