I was so excited to get this and was greatly disappointed. There is no place to log water or calorie intake. I feel like those are pretty important to overall health. It is also very hard to sync taking at least 5 tries every time even when doing what the customer service said to do. It also doesn't start logging steps til around 6am. I get up at 5:00. I have to fix my sleep times nearly every day. It is pretty. I missed the return date but maybe these things will be fixed. I will change my review if so.
Really love this device, beautiful design and great versatility. Still thrilled that it can do much for such a pretty thing, the meditations are wonderful.... One thing I'd love the app to do however is to log miles and steps to date. I have to add mine all up manually and that feels counter productive. I get my email updates but I'd like to be able to store and check my distance/steps totals in the app. This would massively help with training targets.
Best fitness tracker I've ever used. Love the ap. Love the guided meditation and hope they continue to increase that. Much more accurate in every way than Fitbit ever was, at both sleep and steps. Never have had any issues syncing. First battery lasted just over 3 months, shorter than advertised but way nicer than having to charge it every night.
I love my leaf! I am about to register my urban and hope to love it just as much! My husband and I credit FINALLY becoming pregnant with our youngest to the leaf! We had a struggle with boy or our boys and we're ready to give up! It not only helped me see my horrible sleep aptterns, but helped me stay active as well ands track my cycle! Hope ilove urban just as much (which BTW is our oldest sons middle name ;) )
Disappointed in quality and customer service!! I had my tracker for a month and it stopped syncing. I contacted customer service, followed their instructions and still it wouldn't sync. I tried a few other things, nothing worked and now customer service has stopped responding! I've sent follow up messages and nothing! So disappointed in how they ignore me when their product stops working! I've had it only for a month! It's an expensive tracker to only last this long. Customer service should at least have the decency to contact me again. Very disappointed in the quality of this product and the quality of their customer service.
EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with this product. Very poor tracker of steps. It is noon and even though I have left the house twice for errands not 1 step has been recorded!! Tried to return however, they have a 30 return policy from the day it was received. My sons bought this for me in Nov for Christmas so the return expired before I even got it!! Clearly they don't stand behind there products! Go for a Fit bit!!
