・ More than 8,000 steps / day walking + 10pt
(Acquisition at check-in)
* Granted when you check in from the menu check-in
・ Check-in to facilities such as gym + 10pt
(Acquisition by self-report)
* Granted when applying from the + button at the bottom right of the dashboard
・ 3 meals a day ・ Slow dinner for small amount ＋ 6pt
・ Sleep for at least 6 hours. + 6pt
・ Health check-up / checkup at health check-up + 20pt
