I'm forced to use this service if I call out for work. Missed one day of work in 13 months due to a headache and lack of sleep. Long process to get a verbal approval and promised a note to return to work will be emailed. CANNOT get the note and NO ONE KNOWS WHY. I've contacted them twice via phone, which they have to call you back each time and once through chat. Your system isn't convenient.

Many features do not appear to work correctly in the app. I have greater success on their website though. Also, I am having issues logging in for the chat and other features.

App is broken. Filled out the activation page and clicked submit, the loading icon appears for 10 seconds, then goes back to the activation page. No error, no message, just unusable.

I'm SO sorry this happened! We had an unplanned outage and didn't have the proper error messages in place. We're putting plans in place to ensure it doesn't happen again. Thanks for your candid feedback and I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience!
