Scam business, they charge you monthly a fixed amount, make it impossible to cancel and then the items cost less to buy after they charge you for VIP credits. most of the clothes I have gotten are decent but not worth the drastic mark up and additional tariff charges. They take weeks to ship and you can't cancel your membership in that time or else you'll lose VIP pricing or get your order cancelled.

Bonus Loyalty Points are falsely advertised. The app says if you complete 4 tasks, you will be awarded bonus points for each activity, and an additional 500 points once all 4 tasks are complete. The last task of watching the VIP Video never gets marked as complete, no matter how many times you watch it. I reached out to customer service and all they told me was that I needed to wait a reasonable amount of time. It's been nearly a month with no change.

A complete waste of time and money. I have been paying for membership credits. Most items are cheaper than the credit. Shipping takes between 3 days to over 4 weeks. My last order was June 20th, I still haven't received it. It took almost 15 minutes to cancel my membership because a customer rep has to do it. The quality of the clothing isn't terrible, but isn't worth the price on most items. Do some serious research before you decide you get the membership. It's not worth it in my opinion.
