Ratings and reviews

The app will not allow me to log in. It keeps telling me there was an error and to retry submitting the form. I've done that many times, even force stopping the app and trying again. I then tried looking up my reservation with my login credentials (tried email and rewards number), and it tells me I entered an invalid username and password! Both are definitely correct, as it's what I use to log on to the website, so it's definitely a glitch in the app. Waste of space on my phone. Deleting.

Used the App Religiously for the last 5 years. It is now almost unusable. Won't finish loading to not get timed out in order to chose room or even a hotel. It has showed multiple times that hotels are sold out, then I call the hotel directly and get a room without issue. Needs to be addressed, because they are losing business because of it.

This app has gone from very useful to an absolute waste of space on my phone. Now, if I try to open any kind of search on it, it circles and circles, then tells me that my connection may be too slow. It never was in the past, it never is for anything else, but all of a sudden it is too slow for the Best Western app?? Will probably just delete it and rely on the website for information from now on.
