Unusable. Closes after I launch it because it says my phone is rooted when it's not. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned off developer options, etc., all to no avail. An unusable app is a waste of time. I always have to book through the website now, on my phone or otherwise.

USELESS, WASTE OF TIME. I'm trying to book. I can log on perfectly fine, choose a hotel then here it comes...the circling, then the freeze. I'll try opening the app again then I will be shown half the hotel picture not including the price on some. Then the circling again. Look, I'm trying to book, this has been going on for quite some time. Fix this. You are well aware. Collecting money but frustrating your customers. By the way, the offers and promotions have changed for the worse.

This app has gone from very useful to an absolute waste of space on my phone. Now, if I try to open any kind of search on it, it circles and circles, then tells me that my connection may be too slow. It never was in the past, it never is for anything else, but all of a sudden it is too slow for the Best Western app?? Will probably just delete it and rely on the website for information from now on.
