Updated again 8/27/26: this app is USELESS. It constantly freezes!! I get it to search but as soon as I attempt to go any further the entire thing freezes up! Does anyone at BW actually care? Every comment on here says the same thing. Not allowing login, freezing, USELESS. May as well not have an app since no one maintains it. Been a BW member a very long time. Quite disappointed!

The app will not allow me to log in. It keeps telling me there was an error and to retry submitting the form. I've done that many times, even force stopping the app and trying again. I then tried looking up my reservation with my login credentials (tried email and rewards number), and it tells me I entered an invalid username and password! Both are definitely correct, as it's what I use to log on to the website, so it's definitely a glitch in the app. Waste of space on my phone. Deleting.

completely unusable. download the app to look for places for my anniversary and the app consistently says access denied. tried different connections, different permissions, cleared cache and downloaded multiple times and still get access denied screens. tried customer support and you guessed it access denied. guess I'll have to figure somthing else out.
