just installed first time in my life, did everything on the web app, go to mobile app to scan the code and it doesn't work. android version 14. now I have funds on their platform with no way to deploy. great job guys 👏👏👏

QR code not working wasn't able to place my bet . and they want offer you any help . I hope they will just let me withdraw my initial deposit

This app constantly crashes and is absolutely awful. It tosses you out of whatever you're playing, and you have to log in over and over and over. when you download it, it says you have to scan some sort of QR code that doesn't exist. I wish Bet365 would either upgrade the app or get rid of it entirely so that people can just play and have fun. There are better ways to determine location than through this completely ineffective app.
