BeUnicorn is the official management and member application.This app serves as the primary interface for members to manage their workspace, access facilities, and handle financial transactions.

USER ROLES AND ACCESS
The application supports multiple user tiers:
- Admins: Primary office tenants with full booking rights and month-end overage billing.
- Standard Members: Team members invited by an Admin to share workspace resources.
- Guests: Individual users booking day passes or meeting rooms on a per-use basis.

BOOKING SYSTEM
Members can check real-time availability and book various spaces within the BeUnicorn facility:
- Meeting and Conference Rooms: Bookable in 15-minute increments via Google Calendar integration.
- Creator Studio: Specialized space for content creation with specific booking durations.
- Day Passes: Self-serve booking for individual desk space.
The system includes "Ghost Meeting Detection" which uses door-lock logs to automatically cancel and release rooms if they are not occupied within 15 minutes of the start time.

SMART ACCESS CONTROL
The app integrates with the TTLock SDK to provide secure, Bluetooth-based entry:
- Digital eKeys: Members receive long-term digital keys for their specific office or floor.
- Offline Access: Once provisioned, the Bluetooth unlock feature works without an active internet connection.
- Visitor Access: Temporary PIN codes or QR codes are generated for guests for the duration of their room booking.

UNIFIED WALLET AND LEDGER
All financial transactions are managed through a centralized wallet system:
- Credit Priority: The app automatically deducts from Grants first, then Top-up credits, and finally Overage for eligible Admins.
- Immutable Ledger: Every transaction, refund, or adjustment is recorded with a timestamp and reason for full transparency.
- Statements: Members can view their full transaction history and download monthly statements directly.

PRINTING AND INFRASTRUCTURE
- PaperCut Integration: Members can enable printing services within the app. The system syncs your wallet balance with on-premise printers for seamless use.
- Office Controls: Admins can adjust air conditioning temperature and select lighting scenes for their cabins via the app.

PAYMENTS AND KYC
- Secure Payments: Integrated with Cashfree for wallet top-ups and rent payments via UPI or net banking.
- KYC Verification: Automated PAN and identity verification is required for security and tax compliance.
- Data Privacy: Financial data is handled according to industry standards; raw identity numbers (like Aadhaar) are never stored on the platform.

INTEGRATIONS
The app works in sync with Zoho CRM for membership management, Google Calendar for space availability, and PaperCut for printing services to ensure a unified coworking experience.
