We bought a tv and a xbox the tv comes on and goes off different times and the volume goes up and down .. changes channels by itself.... we paid extra just for this every month for over a year we tried to get the tv and x box fixed and ..... nothing........ now its paid off still paid for the benefits plus after 8 months of them saying were gonna call you to pick it up ..and still not doing anything we finally dropped it ... why pay for it if they aren't going to fix anything ... good luck

Not too user friendly!! It states the "benefits" in the title, which they charge you for "bi weekly", it's a service plan for your RTO merchandise, so they fix it if you are still making payments. I am surprised that such a small company can sign you up for something like this without some sort of disclosure or option to sign up or not? I pay for it and was not impressed with the features of the benefits I have been sold. I bought the part and it's leaking because I'm not a repairman. F-
