The transfer to this new app was not well thought out. Mass confusion,(went to credit union and line almost out the door for answers-phone calls went unanswered) lockout of your account, the different avenues you have to take in order to view, tranfer is too much. I understand the security part, but some of this is too extreme. What wasn't broken should not need to be fixed.

This new app/system sucks. it was a head ache to set up and there is nowhere for bill pay anymore. I used the old app for 15 years or more and it was great. Why can't people just leave things alone that aren't broken. update app does have bill pay. You have to log in on the website and re enter all your billing accts. also you have to enter you password to login and then enter it again to pay your bills(which is stupid). app works but it's a downgrade from the old app

The new app is clunky, cumbersome, and inconvenient. A big issue is the seemingly unpredictable chance of connecting to Plaid for certain bills. Some things will connect, others won't, and no one seems to know where the issue is. Whenever I ask, each link in the chain just points a finger at the others and blames them. None of this feels any more secure than before, just a multitude of extra unnecessary steps. Please consider rolling back to the old system because this one isn't working out.
