About this app

The BankFund Digital Banking app provides quick and convenient access to your BankFund Credit Union accounts anytime, anywhere, and on the device that is most convenient for you: smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
Access is quick and, most importantly, secure. Our biometric login uses your face to confirm your identity, providing an extra layer of protection. Once logged in, you can review and manage your BankFund accounts, check balances, transfer funds, make payments, deposit checks, send money with Zelle®, set alerts and notifications, and more – all from the app. You can even apply for a loan or open a new account, all while we keep your information safe.
BankFund Digital Banking also includes several additional features, including the ability for credit union members to send secure messages, check their Global Rewards level, and explore a variety of benefits based on their BankFund relationship.

Had not been able to deposit checks via the app since Aug. Tried numerous occasions to deposit various checks. Called customer service, and their excuse was there can't be any spaces. That has never been a problem before. It's a problem on their end and instead of trying to fix it, says that it's user error. Since the major update back in Nov/Dec, this app has been riddled with problems. Now I have to drive all the way to DC. Complete inconvenience. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Apparently whoever bfsfcu hired/used as a UI/UX consultant needs to go back to school. Both the app AND the website has failed just about every aspect about designing and developing a good user experience. Also, I do not understand why the copy and paste has been disabled. I use my password manager/safe a lot. You guys have taken a great app and went backwards. The so called "digital experience" is one of the worse UI/UX designs I've ever experienced. (9/11/20): No longer able to deposit checks

Most of the functions work properly. Check deposit is a different story, though. I also bank with M&T and I deposir checks there because their application is far superior. I've decided to give BFSFCU another shot to see if they made any improvements in the past two years. Some minor changes were made, yet it you aren't a professional photographer, I recommend to avoid this app.
