Bad customer support. This app allows its resturants to edit the receipt from what you actually ordered, to what they have in stock. AFTER YOU PAY! My delivery was missing TWO items, and substituted with no notice. Takeaway customer service was of no help, even with my screenshot of the list of things that I actually ordered. I will not be using them again. Other apps give credit or make it right. These people do not care after you pay.

The delivery time listed for the restaurants is totally incorrect! For a delivery that is listed 35-55 min. It takes 2 hours +. When I try to cancel order which is not even being prepared yet, some totally unreliable chatbot declines, repeats the same things and refuses to connect me to real person! Never using takeaway again!

Very poor app. Ordered from Subway and the Takeaway menu is done in a way that all vegetables and sources are in Extras and are not required. Ended up with a breat and salami for 11.40Eur. The customer service also disappointed me greatly! I recommend other apps like Wolt. Far more user friendly app experience.
