Bad customer support. This app allows its resturants to edit the receipt from what you actually ordered, to what they have in stock. AFTER YOU PAY! My delivery was missing TWO items, and substituted with no notice. Takeaway customer service was of no help, even with my screenshot of the list of things that I actually ordered. I will not be using them again. Other apps give credit or make it right. These people do not care after you pay.

we have been scammed multiple times.Drinks are not delivered,missing burger.courier says we can complain to chat bot but the bot does not help.Either it gives you a coupon that the app glitches when you try to use it,or to send email to explain for 3th time what is the problem.delivery guy once told me, nothing can be done if something missing. do not order drinks,there is 40/60 chance they will not arrive according to my experience. yesterday the courier stole from me and the app did nothing!

The delivery in this app takes too long for some reason. After a long time that i am ordering from glovo which is must faster i realized how slow the delivery is in takeaway. 1 hour plus... which is ridiculous.
