I love the library, and the app is good when you can get in. Every time I open the app I have to log in again, and it doesn't save your card #. If I look at my holds then click to search, or any other tab, then I'll get logged out and have to enter everything again. I actually have my card number memorized now from entering it so often. Frequently I get an error and can't log in at all for a few hours, despite my login and password being correct. Very frustrating.

come on you guys can do better!! The Hoopla app allows me to download a book and rarely stops. This app stops constantly!! It would be awesome to not have to constantly re start your audio book!

I love the Edmonton library . I do check out a lot of audio books but prefer the apps that they collaborate with . The library needs to work on the audio book media they use . It stops playing , it needs to be refreshed alot , it looses connection . You can't sync it via Bluetooth to you vehicle. Other then the issues with its media player . I do enjoy the library and the benefits it provides .
