Super-duper frustrating when an unscheduled, unwanted, non-optional app upgrade wipes out login information. I don't think you've considered the barriers that that puts into play for some of us!! This is a lack of awareness about accessibility and is really at odds with how great EPL is in-person! Please do better!

The app itself is really good. It displays holds and you can find new books through it, but I mainly use it for seeing my holds and putting other books on hold. They've made the app faster than it used to be which is nice but it logs me out often.

I love the Edmonton library . I do check out a lot of audio books but prefer the apps that they collaborate with . The library needs to work on the audio book media they use . It stops playing , it needs to be refreshed alot , it looses connection . You can't sync it via Bluetooth to you vehicle. Other then the issues with its media player . I do enjoy the library and the benefits it provides .
