1. Very bad experience with the machines. 2. Very bad customer support experience. I have been following up on an issue for around 15 days now! No resolution yet. 3. Machine doors don't lock correctly. They don't care to fix them. 4. They blame us for their faulty machines. Not just that, they will write an essay giving you gyan. Thinking to stop using all BB products.
