Worst experience with BigBasket’s vending machine. I picked only one packet, but the app wrongly showed four and added an unfair due amount. Support didn’t help and kept saying billing was correct. I had to add the due amount just to close the issue, even though it wasn’t my fault. Very disappointing and unreliable service. n Never use the BigBasket vending machine again.

I’ve used this app for years, mainly because it’s the only option at WeWork. I usually maintain wallet balance. Recently, I exceeded it and had a ₹144 pending amount, which I’m not disputing. What’s concerning is that within three days I received a WhatsApp message from an unknown person asking me to pay and share a screenshot. There was no prior in-app or email notification. How was my contact shared with a third party? This raises serious data privacy concerns.

I have purchased something but the door was not closed properly and it's door doesn't close by default so someone else picked something after sometime when I was not there. they charged it into my walled and when I reached the customer support there AI said why didn't you closed the door properly we will deduct from your wallet only
