Absolutely love it. No complaints! Be it midnight cravings. Their assortments are thoughtful and there's always 1 or 2 new products to try out! Seamless payment experience and a great reason to get out of the home. Obviously no delivery charge!!

Doesn't allow you to make any purchase without a minimum balance of Rs 100. You can only order 1 item at a time so there will always be balance left over which you can't use as there is a minimum balance before placing an order. Even when you want to order something for Rs10 with Rs95 balance, you still need to add money. The customer service just repeats the same thing and does not do anything.

Takes lots of time and it's of no use after scanning it number of times. Moreover it is mandatory install app and also to transfer money to their wallet just for one pack of chips. Not accepting phone pay and Google pay too!!!
