I am very happy with this app as I have everything I need delivered to me with 24 - 48 hrs. Delivery person are very kind and deliver the items carefully. I get lots of discount. Also, good things is it support paylater option which is very useful for me during month end. Variety of range to choose from. The only thing I want them to add or change is fast delivery option may add charges. Thanks for being amazing app.

BigBasket is a very useful and functional app for all your home needs. It has a wide variety of groceries, vegetables and fruits, meat and fish, household things etc.... The app is also very sleek and easy to use with cheesy animations. It supports multiple payment options all the way and almost hourly delivery slots!

I actually really like this app. Once I placed my order and it showed a lower price and when I ordered there was a higher price. I immediately contacted the customer care nd they were really fast and helpful. They did a pretty good job. I got a bit of confusion of ordering now because it is split into two and like sometimes your order gets into the other on which you didn't want it to go. Anyway a good app .... read more
