I actually really like this app. Once I placed my order and it showed a lower price and when I ordered there was a higher price. I immediately contacted the customer care nd they were really fast and helpful. They did a pretty good job. I got a bit of confusion of ordering now because it is split into two and like sometimes your order gets into the other on which you didn't want it to go. Anyway a good app .... read more

Worst customer care service. Unable to connect with them easily. Chat bot keep you in loop but not connect with customer care. Delivery always delayed in slot choosen by you. Last 5+ orders delayed after choosing their slot. And there is no compensation or nothing. Worst app.. If it's BBnow then I can understand some delay. But after choosing time slot, it's delayed is beyond my understanding. -ve rating..

The orders just get canceled at the last minute due to "incorrect mapping" on their end. It's incredibly frustrating to fill my cart, and wait for the delivery slot, only to have it yanked away because of a problem on Big Basket's side. Few glitches are understandable, but it is a recurring issue with no resolutions. Big Basket needs to sort out its mapping problems and improve its customer service response to these situations.
