When I schedule myself out for a specific time using the onscreen clock for leaving and return the clock will input and change the times that I input in myself. Then when I recheck it to verify it, I notice that it's the wrong times and then another glitch is that I cannot edit my request until either it gets approved which is completely stupid or denied and then I have to go through this all over again. The app doesn't show all messages received. The app randomly closes.

I've been having trouble with the check-ins not alerting my phone which causes my probation officer to call and threaten to file a warrant for my arrest because I missed the check-ins, which is incredibly frustrating and distressing. The facial recognition needs to be refined since I didn't have makeup on when I took the first pictures, however when I put on makeup, facial recognition becomes much harder, even in adequate lighting. Please fix this issue and I will gladly give five stars.

works most of the time. however I am unable to delete a series of recurring appointments. I can't make new recurring appointments, at least within a date range. The 24 hour format is annoying. on the calendar, your current appointment should be highlighted different than all your other appointments. when setting up an appointment, the date should be listed first before the time.
