Billda is a construction management app for UK contractors running gangs and solo sub-contractors working on site. Book work, manage your gang, split earnings, and get paid — all from one app. No spreadsheets, no WhatsApp chains, no Sunday evening chaos.

HOW IT WORKS
Your organisation admin sets up sites, plots, and labour items through the web portal. Your team does everything else from the app.

BOOK WORK
Browse your assigned sites and plots. Book labour items in a few taps — full or part claims, solo or with your gang. Need to capture out-of-scope work? Submit a variation request with a description, amount, and photo evidence.

APPROVE WORK
Supervisors review and approve submitted work directly from the Approvals tab. Built-in conflict-of-interest rules mean you can't approve your own gang's work. Reject with a reason and the sub-contractor can fix and resubmit.

SPLIT PAY
Gang leaders review a clear summary of the pot — allocations, deductions, fixed-rate workers, and percentage splits — all on one screen.
Adjust anything that needs changing, then confirm and submit to the back office.

GET PAID
Once your admin approves and marks the pot as paid, your invoice appears in the app with a full breakdown — every line item, your split percentage, and your total.
