I used to be able to add cards quickly on my phone. Now I have to scroll and check the middle list item every time. A really amazing app, but this part slows it down a lot. The top one is greyed out until the countdown ends, yet the bottom isn’t. Should be the other way around. It makes copies of lists so often that it needs to be rethought. Still, the timer for each task helps me stay focused. This is incredibly frustrating and almost a deal breaker. A really fabulous app overall.

I have problem to sign in on my desktop computer. It asks me to pass facial recognition, it can't recognize me via computer camera, it has problem to switch to computer camera and when I switch to mobile it shows system busy try again later. I tried to contact support and it shows that this service is not available in my region. Why all this rubbish when your system is not ready for this? You've become too risky and unreliable.

The Binance mobile app needs significant improvements. It frequently lags during trades, even with a stable network, which disrupts the user experience. Compared to other apps, the app's opening time is noticeably slow, taking several seconds to load. Please prioritize optimizing performance and speeding up app launch times in future updates.
