the app ux/ui is great and easy to use, but disappointing payment method. no samsung pay 👎 edit: it is not acceptable to use my card unless if it’s something terribly necessary, but definitely not for Cenima app.

Dear Thamer , we apologize for the unavailability of Samsung Pay. However, we offer various payment options, and you can select Al Rajhi to make the payment using any bank card you have. Thank you for your feedback and understanding.

App does not even launch. Customer service numbers are only Korek. Only one cinema in the city. Worst cinema ever

don't care about online bookings and has false information on app of how many seats are booked I would recommend going to them physically and asking for the ticket
