Hasn't worked since 2024 despite multiple updates. I used to love browsing and picking out what I'm gonna buy on the app. It was actually an enjoyable way to buy and not miss out on releases. Now if I want to check preorders I gotta go on the browser and log in which frankly I'm just not going to do with how rare it is to see a good release nowadays.

The Pulse app is a glitch factory. Constantly having to reinstall the app, in order for anything to show up, whatsoever. All the pages go completely blank, and the app just flickers in the light. Can't get through check out on the app anymore, either. Always have to switch to desktop to complete orders. Don't see much point in having the app anymore, if they're never going to fix it.

I Don't Know What Happened! This app was just fine, now it's a disaster!! No products displayed, finding anything is a nightmare, and don't get me started on the new checkout procedure...good luck on getting popular items when timing counts. Not that it will really matter because, again, there aren't any products to display anyway! What a joke, bring back the old version or at least fix this nonsense!!!!!
