This app has been completely broken for months... at least. You get emails about new products, follow the link to preorder items and just get "page not found" errors all the time. It is time to retire this app and just send people to a website, like all other functional storefronts. It entirely blows my mind that a major US company whose sole job is to sell products is either unaware their app does not work, or does not care. I don't know which of these is worst.

Navigating the app is an abysmal experience. Trying to go through your order history is clunky. Habro has twice unexpectedly cancelled items I had a confirmed pre-order for. Don't pay for the membership because it's not worth it. I'm going to start ordering from Amazon as their pre-order prices have been lower than Pulse's. Garage app and garbage customer service experiences.

Update 6/25/2026: In a rare win for the developers of this app, I just noticed they finally gave us back the ability to keep a list of favorites. Upgraded to a 1-star review. Now if they could just get the app to resume sending push notifications of new items, sales, and, most importantly issues with our open orders, they might really start to turn this thing around.
