Nearby or favorite subway stations and bus stops arrival information and service alerts right on your home screen. No need to even open an app!
Features:
• Nearby widget - uses your location to show arrival information of nearby stations and stops
• Favorites widget - only see your commonly used stops and lines/routes regardless of your location. Ability to order your favorites by proximity. This widget can also be toggled to show all nearby stops as well!
• Service Alerts - Click on a subway line or bus route's icon and see any notices about delays, skipped stations, and other important updates you need to know
• Station locator - Click on a station's name on the widget to open it in maps!
• Customization - Hide redundant stations, choose your nearby radius and/or favorite stations/lines/directions and their order, swap control bar location, light/dark modes, and even play the "Bing Bong" noise when you refresh

Fantastic app! Set the widget to my home screen and now at a glance I can save myself from the disappointment of showing up to the platform and seeing how bad the inevitable delay is on my commute.

the app works great. looking forward to using it on my commute. I had an issue with not being able to create widgets at all, emailed the developer and they quickly responded and fixed the issues.

Sorry this doesn't seem to be working for you. On the modal that comes up to add a widget, can you try holding and dragging the widget to your home screen rather than clicking "Add to home screen"? If that doesn't work please reach out via contact@bingbong.nyc and I'll gladly help debug further.

This app is hands down better than any other MTA affiliated app in my opinion. It is very accurate for me (at least) and the support I received thus far has been phenomenal. Def get this app guys. <3
