Bad user facing UI: if you request a ride, it shows that in 3 minutes there is a car coming. But this 3 minutes tells nothing, as you usually wait 10 or more minutes. Also. I would not reccomend entering an option for paying from within the app. I have gotten scammed this way: taxi driver told me that i have to pay at his card terminal. I did, but I anyways got a payment from app, so I payed twice.

so basic, won't let you select where you want to go on a map. doesn't know half the addresses in Skopje. Charged my credit card twice for the ride. won't let you cancel after 2 minutes, even if a ride you are waiting for goes from being 'with you in 2 minutes' to 'the driver is now dropping somebody else off and it will take an extra 15 minutes'

In Macedonia, app only works on local wifi, not with foreign sim/esim card. In my room, it worked perfectly, once I went out the door on mobile internet nothing works because I am not local. Clean up your act! In the end I had to call the local number from Wizi so I paid more for the call than the taxi fare. But the taxi driver was amazing, great guy and even offered to round down the cash fare (but I gave him a tip instead). Such a shame about the app! Fix this and 100% recommend.
