In Macedonia, app only works on local wifi, not with foreign sim/esim card. In my room, it worked perfectly, once I went out the door on mobile internet nothing works because I am not local. Clean up your act! In the end I had to call the local number from Wizi so I paid more for the call than the taxi fare. But the taxi driver was amazing, great guy and even offered to round down the cash fare (but I gave him a tip instead). Such a shame about the app! Fix this and 100% recommend.

It's ridiculously hard to book on the app, it keep loading and loading for a long time. However if you call the operator, they will immediately sent a confirmation of the available taxi - what's the point of having an app then? It should be for convenient and hassle free however it's terribly useless! Another issue, some of the operators are rude; when you called to inquire why the app is not working they will keep transferring you on the other operators which you will need to repeat yourself

I've downloaded the app, entered my phone number, the app says it's sending a registration code to my email address - but I was never asked to enter an email address!!! So, round and round we go and can't get past that first step. Who knows where the app sent my registration code to...!
