Cleo can help you keep track of your moods, symptoms, physical activities, and more. Link Cleo to your Apple Health to track steps and distance. Then create reports to share and discuss with your healthcare team. Cleo is also there to help provide reminders for you throughout the day. Set up appointment and medication notifications based on schedules discussed with your healthcare team.

Cleo's goal is to help you, your caregivers and healthcare professionals. We're here to support you along your journey, helping you achieve the everyday.

I'm not sure why so many negative reviews. If you have MS its great for a journal, logging how you feel etc. It was a lot of useful information, mindfulness tips, energy tips and relaxation tips (in the form of videos and text). You can also create appointments and medication reminders. My only criticism the journal could be expanded so you can input more data regarding each tracker.

Dreadful update!! I've used this app daily since diagnosis of MS in 2020, it's been a life saver, also recommended it to others, but can't anymore. The update has utterly ruined what was a really useful app! The journal section is now LESS user friendly. No longer possible to input anything ahead of time in 'notes' (which I used daily). When reviewing old notes, it's just one long blurb of text. There's more to say, sadly nothing positive, and limited space. Please restore to previous version!

Although the step count matches that shown in Google Fit, the mileage is way out. For example, both Fit and Cleo say that I've taken 15,010 steps today, but Fit shows that I've walked 7.37 miles whereas Cleo says 11.741 miles. I wish that I had gone that far!
