BioPed Connect is a secure app that helps clients book appointments with their BioPed Clinician and stay informed about their services and care from the BioPed team.

BioPed Connect supports BioPed patients, clients and family members in many ways. This app offers the ability to:
• Book an appointment with your BioPed Clinician, including the time that best works for you based on their availability
• View your upcoming appointments with an interactive schedule including the ability to request a change in date and time
• Communicate with your BioPed care team including receiving messages, forms and other valuable information
• Learn more about the services that BioPed Footcare offers
• Contact your BioPed Clinic and/or find your nearest BioPed Clinic for the service you are looking for

What’s new

- The keyboard will no longer hide the username or password field when signing on to the app
- The missing button texts during the Account Recovery process are now visible
- Users are able to join non-Zoom room video appointments from their mobile device (Note: this feature depends on whether or not providers have this enabled)
