* Send a recognition to an individual or a team.
* Attach photos, videos and personal messages of appreciation to recognitions you send.
* View the public recognition activity across your organization, your team and those you follow.
* Enhance a public recognition by liking it and adding your comments.
* View all of the recognitions you have received.
* Managers can access discretionary budgets and send recognitions with points.
* Provides a link to your program’s full recognition website. All features on the full site are completely accessible on your mobile device.
* To use the EZ Thanks app, you must be a participant in a company sponsored recognition program utilizing the app’s parent website technology.

Ratings and reviews

The app is inconsistently working, somedays it will open but show "No Connection" or it will just crash repeatedly upon trying to open, just read all the other reviews that state the same... You know what works every time... A simple handshake and using your words to just say "Thank you" for doing a great job... There are some things that technology just can't, and shouldn't replace! Uninstalling also works every time! Bye Bye!

it continuously crashes or freezes. makes the usability very uneasy.

When I open the app, I get a box that says and error has happened and I need to restart the app, I click on the restart app link and a white blank screen comes up and nothing happens. I have to completely close the app and when I go back in, the same thing happens all over again...
