Only in the early days of using the app but already I'm finding it so much easier to do, and maintain doing, than rating mood independently. Easy and quick way to mood and sleep track. The option of choosing words from a list (you can add your own too) to describe your feelings and adding your own comment for the day are great for looking back on to help explain mood changes. A feature to add in daily activity levels would be great to see the impact this has on mood. Great app though 😊

Just downloaded this and very pleased. It has a simple, clear style and is easy to navigate. It's a familiar format from using the paper version mood tracker by bipolar UK, but better because I'm not struggling to write my info in tiny spaces. Well done to the people who have created this 👍

Great for giving me insight and warning in mood changes. I've suffered from bipolar disorder since I was 16. I've suffered many depressed and manic episodes in life. Due to allergic reaction to almost all medication for this disorder I'm unable to rely on that to control my moods. This resulted in undertaking many forms of meditation, counselling courses, rehabilitation, cbt, and psychotherapy to teach me how to live a normal life. This app is really helping me recognise mood changes earlier x
