Bipolar type 1 and this app helps me understand current trends in my mood and track my medication compliance (which is always difficult during hypomania and mania). It's such a help but there are a few things that could be improved. A darker scheme would be not just for night but more discreet in public situations. entering mood and meds for a precious date is confusing at first, might be easier to tap the date instead and open option to change and record. still Great though thank you so much!!

Have had episodes of bipolar, still not formally diagnosed, for years. Finding this app very useful and theraputic recording each day my mood etc. Its a wee bit fiddly going back to retrospectively record prior moods but its meant for logging today for going forwards. hoping to print/use to get an urgent referral by GP as sick of "will be 18+ months". Well done Biopolar UK for making app available.
Thank you so much. Using your mood data to support a GP referral is exactly the kind of thing this app was designed for — I really hope it helps you get the support you deserve sooner. I'll be improving the past-date editing to make it less fiddly. Wishing you all the best with your journey.

Kelly T. this app is a Godsend for me . I am bipolar and I take more than 5 meds. The app reminds me to monitor my mood. Bipolar Flutter is awesome for ppl like me. IT is a game changer 😁 My fav part is the part where you list your meds/ vitamins/injections and daily 🎗️ for me, you ✔️ meds 📴 so I don't 4 get what I have taken.
