It doesn't find the device to add it. The help option is completely blank. Called tech support. Totally useless. Said I'd get a call back in 1 to 2 business days. No wonder it was on clearance. App doesn't work and customer service is useless. Edit No call for 2 days. The app finally found the device, but now it won't connect to wifi. Waited a day, now I can't login to the app, can't find thenetwork Called 800 number and after getting shuttled to 3 people he finally found my registration info.

This app is garbage. I can not get it to work properly at all. It keeps telling me no network connection throughout the app. I had to try multiple times just to log in. After finally logging in, It still is giving me a no network connection notification, and I can't get it to connect to my phone. For a machine that costs as much as it does, the app should work with no issues. I have a crosswave connected to the Bissel app with no issues, so why is this one giving me so much problems!

Cannot log in. Keeps saying check network connection. Just got this set it up, got the area mapped, and while I was editing the map, it kicked me out, and I've been unable to log in for hours now. Pretty pointless product if you can't utilize the app to run it. This needs to be fixed.
