About this app

This Field Service app is designed for technicians to efficiently manage their daily tasks and service activities. Technicians must log in to access their dashboard, where they can view attendance, assigned tickets, calendar schedules, map view, and van inventory.

The app allows system users to assign tickets to technicians. Assigned tickets appear under the Scheduled tab until confirmed. Once a technician starts traveling, the app automatically tracks their location — even in the background — from the start of the journey to on-site arrival and until the task is completed.

Technicians can easily start travel, begin on-site work, and mark tickets as completed directly from the app. Location tracking automatically stops when the ticket is closed.

Additional features include:
• View and edit completed worksheets
• Access detailed instructions and add required items
• View tickets on daily, monthly, or yearly calendars
• Track tickets on an interactive map
• Manage and view van inventory items

This app helps field technicians stay organized, improve productivity, and ensure accurate job tracking from start to finish.
