Ratings and reviews

After 8+ years, it may be time to look another program.. I've introduced joist to a lot of people..when it was a free app with options to upgrade to pro..it was perfect,better than QuickBooks imo,but it's getting to the point it's become a program for the bigger companies, and getting to the point it's as much as quick books.. For what format they're giving you, the price is pushing it.. EDIT; now 10 years in and another price increase; Stripe sucks, we dont need ai receptionists

I am paying for review requests and reports on invoices and estimates, I noticed over two weeks ago neither was working(now they might not have been working for a month or more) and contacted Joist, it took 10 days for them to get reports working but reviews feature is still not working. There is basically no customer service as there is no phone number to call. Now they want to charge people $1000 a year for their Run Plan but still no phone support. Stay away from this company.

I've been using Joist since the beginning, I opted to pay for the full version as I thought it was worth it, which it was. Until 11 months later that they took me off the paid membership and placed me in the free version and started requesting a monthly fee. Greedy company that took advantage of the people who helped build it into what they are today. update 7/7/26, 4th update, they have now increased their prices again! shocking!
