Just opened an account, and the app is driving me crazy. Have to resend it's before it works. It happens every time I log in. Also, I have set biometrics, but the app isn't showing me the option at login. Settings are set up for biometrics, but it just doesn't work. I will give it a month, but if it still doesn't improve... I will go elsewhere.

Terrible website. opened up an account and when I go to trade it keeps you in limbo forever not what I was told this platform would be I was told I could trade cryptocurrency on this platform and for some reason it's not allowing me to do it I talk to a representative and they're trying different things just shooting in the dark they don't have their act together

I recently started a BitcoinIRA account, so I decided to get the app for convenience. So I click "create an account" and it has me put my email and create a pswd, and then put my phone number for a verification code. However, I never get the code. I don't get any text at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still have the same issue. Also, there is NO option help, or live chat or an email address for cust service, or a FAQ page or ANYTHING like that on this app. Absolutely no help.
