I installed since old app asked me to update, once i do and try to open all i see is a white page and then it crashes. Samsung note 20 ultra 5g Edit - 02/12/21 - Thank you for the fast reply, i am now using the new app, so far looks shinny and smooth, ill keep this post updated whenever i can. Thank you devs! - I would like to see in the future a dark theme in the app heheh, cheers!

Never happened before since I'M on the internet. App denies my ID verification (poor light?) and instead of a retry they ask me to contact support. Support is telling me that is not possibile to get verified because my ID has been rejected. Basically I am banned on Bitnovo for no reason. This guys are newbies😂

The function of the app are great but they don't support USD$ and you can't delete your account because the delete account option is not there as they described on the Internet and in the email they sent me.
