Ratings and reviews

I have more than 10 thousand Swiss franc block on this platform. I can not lock into my account. I ask for the support service to change my phone number because I can not receive my login code ( this only happen with bitpanda by the way). It is now been 2 years that my money is blocked. I was not able to change my phone number or have my money back. I contacted the support service and they say that I have to contact my mobile service provider. ( I did so but they said that everything is working

Today my new Bitpanda card has finally appeared in the app. All seems to be well again.

Makes buying and selling crypto a breeze. Easy to navigate and very responsive Just wish they had more choice of smaller coins. Update. I have no complaints with this app. Easy to use. Adding coins all the time. Good stuff.
