Perfect website - useful app The app does not provide all features as good as the website of course. But still has everything important regarding the crm and tasks. Bitrix24 itself rocks for a small business! Surely making an upgrade from free plan sometime in the future!
Shows information some times and other times doesn't list the chat information. Very slow on slower networks as there is no offline facility and it keeps waiting to re-download all data everytime we load the program. Moving it to offline will make it work better.
Buggy (getting better) The App needs bug fixes. The app automatically rotates the screen!! *fixed. Page font becomes really huge when switching between tasks. *fixed. Comments won't open. Does not, but it should, automatically update the feed when pressing on a notification. :)
Chats does not notify on mobile My friends and I who are using the mobile version does not get notifications for chats. And the app is a bit confusing to navigate (like where do i edit my profile? And the way to join other chats is not very obvious. Cant add contacts from their profile)
its worth 5 stars when... this app has the same potential as the website. also some parts of this app doesnt present the real status (e.g. company drive in this app shows empty when actually it has already content in it). another problem is the language. when creating an account I wasnt awere that it loks for my language settings on the PC and than redirects to the supporting country server. normally a nice feature, except when the other cilloges doesnt have the same language background. now the have to deal with foreign language pr
Falls flat vs website The website rocks, but the app falls flat. Need to move some of the website functionally over otherwise the truly mobile platform lags. For example: Uploading files in workgroups (instead of chat), Auto-updating the activity stream and everything else (at least check it when opening!), Mark as read for Announcements Display the description for workgroups (since you cannot "pin" messages, the description serves as a base information point)..and so many more obvious things that are required for functionality
