It's not bad. After charging your prepaid up, it turns out that it is actually kinda expensive and the silly restrictions are too vague and annoying to deal with. I guess that's why it's 'free'. Signing up is smooth tho. Deleting your account even smoother :) The faq doesn't do an adequate job of clarifying anything and you're left feeling like you're stepping in to a trap. Kinda like most credit cards really. Overall if you really want to use crypto, there are better and cheaper alternatives.

I couldn't find any way to transfer my money and the virtual card was getting rejected constantly. Contacting support was very difficult to the point that I gave up. Managed to find a site that didn't reject my payment to spend the few euros i toped up my account with and immediately deleted my account. Don't use this app it's a (somehow) legal scam!

You can’t add less than 50€ with a credit/debit card which it’s dumb since you can do it using vouchers or crypto. If i buy a voucher to load less than 50 i’m paying a fee to the website where i bought the voucher, I would be happy to pay that fee to bitsa as i do when i load more than 50€ with my card. Can you please fix this? In other apps like revolut, payz, icard, have a minimum of 10€, you could at least have a minimum of 25€ or 20€ because i’ve seen bitsa vouchers starting at 10€
