They are so pathetic. I submitted my KYC and it is more than two weeks and still it is in pending. I tried to contact support by email but it's really sad that they don't reply there too. Looks like they are scam.

this is way better than i expected and i feel safe buying and selling on this platform. it has a confirmation process for both buyer and seller that is fair, quick and safe. However, the fees are really high. I sold a $10 Razer giftcard for $7.70ish and after withdrawal fee it comes out to around $5 for selling $10.
