Ratings and reviews

The support person was so very rude. It kept saying I was missing 24 check stubs. All those stubs were for in the future, and the other things I didn't submit I don't have. I would click the "I don't have documents button it would gray out, but still show 86% and wouldn't let me submit, I tried several times. The person on the phone wouldn't even let me speak he just spoke over me, telling me it's because you don't have this or that I tried to explain, but he wouldn't let me speak. Disrespectful

my non attorneys have problems accessing the documents, I upload the SCANNED documents and then my non attorneys say I password protected the documents, I don't see a way that could be a possibility on this app
