The app is easy to use and all the functions/instructions and help are all well laid out and easy to access. The buds WiFi pops up and connects very quickly. Not sure why some people are having issues with that. Also the low battery indicator pops up but you can close the notification easily and it does not stop you using the app at all. Overall very happy with the quality of both the app and the smart bud itself.

it's great, but why the hell would you use a pop up that covers the entire viewpoint to say battery is low when the use has an object in their ear, and can no longer see the camera? surely there's a much safer way to present this information?

Can't use it. The app doesn't work because it connects to the phone by wifi and won't work without internet. It can't get internet because it disconnects from wifi to connect to the device. Makes no sense that it isn't bluetoothed to the phone. What a waste of money.
