As another user stated, this app used to be great. But now one of my Outlook accounts won't sync. The work/school Outlook account syncs fine, but not the personal Outlook account. And it's not a Microsoft issue. Blackberry needs to fix their app so it can be authenticated with Microsoft Authenticator. Samsung seems to have figured out how to do that. This has been going on for the last several months. By the way, Blackberry support has been unresponsive to this issue.

The app was great once, now I'm not so sure. My outlook account stopped working. It keeps asking me to authenticate and add a password to the settings. I tried to send an email from my gmail account and it doesnt go thru to send. I've added an app password but that no longer works for outlook or gmail. I'm paying for the app. But I might have to remove it and cancel my services. I realy liked how I can view all my email accts. So sad, If I could get some help maybe I'll keep using?

I've used this app for years, but sadly today had to delete it. For days its been occasionally asking for my password, but not accepting it as valid (It is). During these periods I cannot receive emails; it does sporadically synch, but its hit and miss. I've contacted support by various means an not heard anything back. I love the App and will miss some of its unique functions, but I need to know I will receive my emails.

Hello, we regret that you are having issues with Outlook email access. There are many reports in Microsoft and reddit forums of many users having similar issues with diverse email clients authenticating against Microsoft email servers. We currently believe this is a Microsoft service issue, but we are also investigating on our end.
