App is fine but fulfillment is a problem. When I put in an order, often it hasn't even been noticed by the staff when I arrive and I end up waiting for it which defeats the purpose of ordering in advance. I even show up 5-10 mins after the time the app says it'll be ready.

Lost a star due to the app not recognizing when a store is open or closed. Tried placing an order and it kept saying closed but if you schedule it for an 1.25 hours later it will take it (store closes 1.5 hours after that) Lost another star for lack of customer service or ability to cancel orders from the app when the order hasn't reached the store yet. Only got 3 due to the app being surprisingly easy to use and the fact that the customer service at the store was good.

I suggest skip the app as the workers aren't used to using it. I ordered and arrived before the estimated pickup time. They said the order didn't show on their computer. After 10min of waiting "for it to appear in the system" they realized that they actually made it and forgot about it in between all the uber system orders.
