QuizLock turns the time you lose to scrolling into something you keep.

Choose the apps you lose time in and set a daily limit. When you reach it, QuizLock locks the app and asks a question. Answer it and you are back in. That is the whole idea — the phone does not just say no, it asks for something small in return.

QuizLock is a digital wellbeing tool. Usage Access is used only to measure the apps you choose; the display-over-apps permission is used only to show the quiz.
