Why does a feedback app require access to private photos and video to be able to proceed at all to giving feedback ? this is privacy violation. I will uninstall this app now.

Black view Feedback; I won't be purchasing any more Blackview devices, you only care about getting 5 star ratings and you don't listen to your customers very well. I tossed my ear buds 10 because they wouldn't hold a charge, the guy who replied got angry because I was and he offered no resolution but hung up on me. This isn't how you treat a customer.
