The others are correct. I did not have any problems with the app for 3 months and the setup was easy. However, after 3 months one day the app just stopped working and wouldn't even open. The device is really nice and I love the convience but they need to find a better and more reliable app to pair with the device.

App doesn't even open. The device itself is fine and works, but the app not working reduces the use cases for the entire product. If the app begins to work, this rating would be much better

The app doesn't work and can't connect to the lock until I managed to get hold of someone from customer service. He said it doesn't work with the app and they don't have a solution right now. I bought 2 units and I'm returning them. It's a shame about the assembly time. Don't buy them.
