About this app

Rocky is an AI gym coach that does two things almost no other workout app does at once:

1. It plans today's workout from your full training history.
2. It reads your progress charts back to you in plain English.

Most fitness apps make you plan your own gym sessions and squint at your own data. Rocky takes both jobs off your plate — so you can show up, do the work, and actually know whether your training is working.

▸ WAKE UP TO A PLAN, NOT A BLANK SCREEN

Every morning, Rocky decides what tomorrow's workout looks like — Push Day or Pull Day, the four lifts, weight for each, time estimate, and a short paragraph explaining why this is the right session for you today. Open the app, tap "Start workout", and lift.

Tired? Sore? Only 30 minutes today? Dumbbells only at home? Type your situation in plain English and Rocky re-plans your workout in two seconds. No essay, no template to dig through.

▸ READS YOUR PROGRESS IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Most gym apps hand you a wall of charts and call it analytics. Rocky's Insights tab is five charts answering the five questions you actually care about:

• Am I getting stronger? — estimated 1RM trend with a one-sentence verdict
• Am I showing up? — sessions per week vs. your weekly target
• Am I balanced? — workout volume per muscle group
• Am I pushing too hard? — RPE trend with a fatigue read
• Am I building muscle? — set count per group over time

Each chart comes with one sentence from Rocky: "Yes — your bench press max climbed from 90 kg to 97 kg in 8 weeks. Steady, healthy progress." Same workout data, very different read.

RPE, soreness, what you skipped, what felt easy, what you crushed. The longer you train with Rocky, the more its plans sound like a coach who actually knows you — because it does.

Built-in keypad, automatic rest timer, one-tap PRs. Lazy add-in for the sessions you forgot to log — type "squats 5×5 at 100kg, bench 3×8 yesterday" and Rocky parses it, matches the exercises from the catalog, and saves it backdated.

• No ads. No advertising SDKs. No third-party trackers or analytics.
• Doesn't read Google Health Connect.
• One toggle pauses the AI agent — the app stays a clean workout logger if that's all you want today.
• Delete your account and all data any time from Profile → Delete account.
