CarChalak was started back in April, 2017 with one main agenda “To provide customers the best driving services so that they can sit back and enjoy their rides”. We are one of the fastest growing companies in this industry with more than 1500+ registered drivers and 135000+ registered users. Currently, we are operating in Jaipur, Gurugram and Dwarka (Delhi).

The company was started after finding huge deficiency of drivers among the audience. People were always seeking for hiring drivers for their short, long trips or any kind of trips. But unfortunately, they cannot risk hiring a driver without proper background knowledge as it might hamper safety for them and their families.

And thus, we started CarChalak to bridge the gap between the drivers and the customers who are seeking for them. Not only that we also made sure to create more job opportunities for drivers who were previously struggling to get driving opportunities.

Our app allows customers to hire well trained and uniformed drivers. The drivers have gone through a full background check and are well behaved. So, the customers need not to be worried about their safety. We make sure that our drivers have good communication skills so that the entire ride can be hassle free. "There service is very terrible. I had booked a cab driver 24 hours in advance and received a confirmation. But half an hour before the scheduled time, I was informed via SMS that no driver could be arranged. I didn’t see message, and when I called customer care they told that I had already been notified by SMS that no driver was available and just disconnected the call. I had to travel outstation, and in such a situation providing this type of service after confirmation is unacceptable.

Very disappointing experience. The driver damaged my car at two places and even replaced my premium floor mats with cheap WagonR mats without informing me. I gave feedback multiple times but no one responded or took any responsibility. No apology, no action, nothing. Extremely unprofessional service. I strongly recommend not using this app if you care about your car.

This app was introduced to me by my relative when I asked him to suggest a known driver to attend an outstation marriage. I downloaded the app and got a nice and polite person for driving my sedan car, I attended the marriage and safely reached home. The first experience is nice and the services are very economical and pocket friendly. I do recommend this App to get the CarChalaks for our requirements.
