The app itself isn't bad but the delivery service is terrible. The app says 45 min delivery time and it has been an hour and 10 minutes and I haven't received the order. I tried calling the helpline. After three calls the lady still can't tell me anything with certainty about my order. Do order delivery from Dr Saucy.

Their delivery process is a joke! I placed an order through the app, but instead of getting it on time, I had to deal with a call from another city and wait over an hour. Unacceptable! This experience has made the app seem useless. Get your act together, Dr Saucy team must ensure timely deliveries, and fix this now.

If you can't fulfil order then at leat tell the customer don't waste time.I placed an order, they confirmed it and told me it would be delivered within the given time. After waiting 1.5 hours, I contacted them again and again, but they didn’t even bother to respond or inform me whether the order was dispatched or not.
